Her approach is based on a rigorous reading of organizational contexts and the thoughtful integration of best management practices, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence, all in service of performance, decision quality, and organizational maturity.

 

Maggie pursued a master's degree in administration with a focus on people and organizational development at Université Laval, as well as a bachelor's degree in business administration from Université du Québec à Rimouski. She also completed foundational training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with the Centre Québécois de la PNL.

 

She is recognized for her ability to bring perspective, structure, and coherence to complex environments, particularly during periods of transformation and change.
